By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by A2Z Printing Hub, including but not limited to the design, production, and delivery of printed materials.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are legally authorised to do so and that you accept our Terms and conditions in full.

2. Changes to Terms

A2ZPrintingHub.com reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the site after modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Order Process

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us promptly.

Artwork Submission: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted artwork files are accurate and meet our guidelines. We are not responsible for errors in files, such as incorrect size, Spelling mistakes, Color Matching, low resolution, or design issues.

Approval of Proofs: If you request a proof before printing, production will begin only after the proof is approved. Proof approval is mandatory for customised orders, excluding those with next-day delivery.

Cut-Off Time: Orders and artwork must be received and approved by 4 PM PST for next-day turnaround. Orders submitted after this time will be processed the following business day.

Production and Shipping: Production times vary by product. Next day delivery orders production time is 12-24 hours and Standard production is generally 5-7 business days after proof approval. Shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery: We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated based on the product size, weight, and destination of your order and the shipping methods you are selecting while placing the order.

Multiple Shipping Addresses: If you request shipping to multiple addresses, additional fees willapply. These will be calculated offline, and you will receive a payment link for any extra costs.

Next-Day Delivery: Available for select products and requires orders to be placed and approved by 4 PM PST. Delays in artwork approval may result in revised shipping dates.

Weekend and Holiday Delivery: We do not deliver on weekends or national holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be delivered on the next available business day

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The total amount due for your order will be shown during the checkout process.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

5. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 to 24 hours of placing it for standard delivery orders. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible if the production process has already started.

To request a cancellation or make changes, please ensure your order has not yet entered production. If production has begun, reach out to our customer service team immediately. Please note that once the artwork is approved and the order is in production, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

6. Refund, Reprint and Return Policy

Reprints: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product with necessary evidence, photos of the products and shipping box showing the labels. Our team will assess the problem and determine whether a reprint is necessary.

Returns: As a Custom printing service, we do not accept returns for refunds. If the issue lies with a production error on our end, we will offer a reprint or issue a credit.

We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective item or if the product differs significantly from your approved proof, please contact us within 24 Hours of receipt.

To initiate a return, provide a description of the issue along with photographic evidence. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a production error. A2Z Printing Hub is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, low-resolution images, or incorrect artwork dimensions.

7. Product Issues and Liability

8. Artwork and Design

You are responsible for providing artwork that meets our specified guidelines. Ensure that your files are high-resolution and properly formatted to avoid issues.

We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins if requested by the customer. Please review it carefully, as we print according to the approved proof. If no proof is requested and artwork is good to print we will proceed ahead with the production without any proofing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by A2Z Printing Hub, including logo, designs, graphics, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised use of our content is prohibited.

By submitting artwork or designs to us, you confirm that you hold the legal rights to use and reproduce these designs. We are not liable for any copyright infringement claims related to customer-provided content.

9. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Printing Hub is not liable for any damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or other losses incurred as a result of using our products and services.

Our liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Privacy and Security

● We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for processing your order and communicating with you about your purchase.

11. Dispute Resolution

● Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the USA. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
