Shipping and Delivery Policy

At A2Z Printing Hub, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. However, we rely on third-party carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL) for shipping, and some factors are beyond our control. Please review the shipping methods, timelines, and policies carefully.

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the urgency of your order:

1. Ground Shipping:
  • Turnaround Time: 72 hours after the order enters production.
  • Delivery Time: 10 to 12 business days after production.
2. Express Shipping:
  • Turnaround Time: 48 hours after the order enters production.
  • Delivery Time: 6 to 8 business days after production.
3. Priority Shipping:
  • Turnaround Time: 24 hours after the order enters production.
  • Delivery Time: 5 to 6 business days after production.
4. Overnight Shipping:
  • Turnaround Time: Same-day shipping available if the order is placed before cut-off time.
  • Delivery Time: Next day delivery, within a total of 2 business days.
Cut-Off Times:

Next-Day Shipping: Orders must be submitted and artwork approved by 4 PM PST to qualify.

Same-Day Shipping: Artwork must be submitted and approved by 12 PM PST for same-day delivery. Orders received after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Holiday & Non-Business Day Deliveries:

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If your order falls on one of these days, it will be processed on the next business day.

Carrier Delays:

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on factors outside of our control. We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, but any delays caused by the following are not our responsibility:

  • ● Adverse weather conditions
  • ● Carrier operational issues
  • ● Customs clearance delays
  • ● Natural disasters
  • ● Strikes or labor disputes

We recommend reviewing your tracking information for updates.

Tracking and Delivery:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer:

  • We will reship the order at the customer’s expense.
  • No refunds will be provided for shipping address errors.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:

For orders requiring delivery to multiple addresses, each address will incur its own shipping fee. These fees will be calculated offline, and you will receive a payment link for additional charges.

For any inquiries regarding shipping, delivery status, or concerns with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. We aim to respond to all customer service inquiries within 48 business hours.

Additional Shipping Policy Notes:

No Refunds for Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, and no refunds will be issued for delayed shipments due to factors beyond our control.

Signature Requirement: For certain high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. Orders may also be released by the carrier without a signature; in such cases, A2Z Printing Hub is not liable for any theft or damage once the package is marked as delivered.
