At A2Z Printing Hub, we specialise in custom-printed products. Due to the unique nature of our services, our return and exchange policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness to both the customer and our business. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
Reporting Issues:
● 24-Hour Reporting Window: If there is any issue with your order, such as damage or misprinting, you must report the problem within 24 hours of delivery. Your report must include:
- ○ Photos or videos that clearly display the damage or issue with the product.
- ○ A photo of the shipping box showing the shipping labels.
● If the issue is not reported within this window, we will assume that the order was received correctly and no further action will be taken.
No Returns for Refunds:
As a provider of custom-printed products, we do not accept returns for refunds. Once a product has been customized and produced according to customer specifications, it cannot be resold or repurposed, and as such, refunds are not applicable except in cases of error on our part.
Non-Refundable Instances:
● Undeliverable or Refused Orders: Orders that are refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address at the customer's expense.
● Customer Errors in Uploaded Files: Any errors in customer-uploaded artwork, including but not limited to misspellings, incorrect graphics, low-resolution images, or wrong artwork sizes, will not qualify for a reprint or refund.
● Color Matching Issues: Due to the differences in screen displays and printing technologies, we do not guarantee exact color matching. As such, refunds or reprints will not be issued for color discrepancies, as color matching is not guaranteed.
● Cancelled Orders After Production: If you cancel an order after production has begun, you are not entitled to a refund.
● Dated Materials Arriving Late: We are not responsible for any orders for time-sensitive materials that arrive after the intended event due to customer delays in ordering. Customers are responsible for placing time-sensitive orders well in advance to allow for sufficient lead time.
● Shipping Issues Due to Incorrect Information: Any delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not refundable. We can reship the package at the customer’s expense if returned to us
● Circumstances Beyond Our Control: Delays or issues caused by third-party factors, such as carrier delays (FedEx, UPS, DHL), natural disasters, customs, strikes, or adverse weather, do not qualify for refunds or reprints.
Reprint Policy:
In cases where A2Z Printing Hub is at fault, such as printing or production errors, we will offer a reprint of the order at no additional cost to the customer. Customers must provide evidence of the issue (photos or videos) within 24 hours of receiving the product for the reprint to be considered.
Shipping & Delivery Issues:
● Carrier Delays: We rely on third-party carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for shipping. As such, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control and will not qualify for refunds or reprints. Customers should refer to the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status.
● Cut-Off Times for Shipping:
- ○ For Next-Day Delivery, all artwork must be submitted and approved by 4 PM PST. Any artwork approved after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day
- ○ For Same-Day Shipping, artwork must be submitted and approved by 12 PM PST.
● Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
● Shipping Errors Due to Customer Information: Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
